Trading of waste raw materials - we supply the raw materials of the future

Interzero buys recycled materials, processes them and supplies the industry with high-quality recycled raw materials for new products. In this way, we do our best to contribute to an efficient circular economy, which is one of the key pillars at Interzero.

Closed material cycle experts: we have perfected the assembly of used plastics in our innovative resource recycling process. We produce new, market-oriented recycled plastic materials from packaging waste and production waste – for example at our plastics processing plant in Eisenhüttenstadt.

Our competence centre in Maribor also brings together research and development activities in the field of plastics recycling.

Interzero buys and markets all waste fractions in order to prepare them for reuse in industry. We pay particular attention to the collection and recovery of packaging waste, especially plastics, aluminium and sheet metal, but we also recover valuable raw materials from materials such as paper and cardboard and commercial film.

Closing the loop

Closing the material loop protects natural resources and reduces greenhouse gas emissions. Based on our expertise, years of experience and wide networks of waste streams, we can help you source any raw material. Together, we design a net that suits you, from which you can extract recycled plastics or other raw materials you need.

Recycling plants in Germany can process a wide range of fractions and polyolefins into graded recyclates. We use materials from household recycling collections as raw materials, mainly polyethylene (PE) and polypropylene (PP) packaging. This is used to manufacture a variety of products: for example, Recythen granulate is suitable for the production of cable drums, garden furniture, and drainage and protection tubes for cables.

Procyclen is an award-winning, flexible compound. Thanks to special formulations, it can be precisely tailored to customer requirements in terms of flow, stability, UV and heat resistance or colour. Like a new crude oil-based material, Procyclen meets the high performance requirements of new products or packaging – and can also be processed by injection moulding or extrusion processes, differentiating us from the competition.
