Registration in the register of the Financial Administration of the Republic of Slovenia (FURS)<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Every manufacturer or buyer of electrical and electronic equipment and every packer, producer or buyer of packaging or packaged goods entering the Slovenian market for the first time is required to register its business with the Tax Office and to notify the Tax Office of any change in its activities.<\/span><\/span> Their registration is subject to payment of environmental charges<\/strong><\/a> at the end of each quarter or every six months.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Interzero keeps a record of all the products presented on the market for our clients, so that they can prepare all the necessary documents for registration with the FURS.<\/span><\/span> We review with our new customers the foreseen procedures for dealing with future products and arrange the relevant documentation accordingly.<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

SELF-DECLARATION FURS<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Every three or six months, environmental levy payers must calculate and pay the environmental duty on the products they place on the Slovenian market, namely<\/strong> packaging, electrical and electronic equipment, batteries and grave candles.<\/span><\/span> Obliged persons who do not fulfil their obligations to the FURS for previous periods are required to self-declare their activity and to account for the environmental taxes for previous periods.<\/span><\/span> When self-declaring, the company must complete all reports to the tax office and account for late payment interest.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Interzero can prepare all the documentation for the self-declaration and calculation of environmental taxes<\/strong> to be submitted to the FURS for the following products:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
